<li>加氏乳桿菌(Lactobacillus gasseri)；</li>

<li>雙歧桿菌屬（Bifidobacterium）；</li>
<p>雙歧桿菌屬又被稱為B菌、比菲德氏龍根菌等等。它可以長時間存活在無氧環境的大腸裡。</p>
<li>BifiX菌；</li>
<p>BifiX菌在腸子裡面會自動繁殖，改善腸內環境。</p>
<li>BB536；</li>
<p>這種比菲德氏菌可以增加腸內好菌、減少壞菌。</p>
<li>代田菌（Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota、LCS）；</li>
<p>代田菌相當耐酸，可以在腸道內存活15天以上。</ul>
