<p>喝蜂蜜水解酒應該是普遍台灣人最流行的方法。沒有錯，中國醫藥大學的營養師陳柏鈞就曾提過：果糖在代謝過程中，會將體內一種叫「NADH」的輔酶轉化成催化酒精分解所需要的「NAD+」輔酶。所以酒後適量飲用一些蜂蜜水，可以加速酒精代謝，宿醉的情況也比較不會這麼嚴重。</p>
