<p>不知道你有沒有聽過懷孕從第8週開始，到熬過11週、進入12週為止是高流產風險期。這是因為，這段期間是<span class="black b">胚胎還處在細胞分裂</span>以及<span class="black b">器官初步形成</span>的關鍵時期，所以狀況也會比較多變。</p>

<h2>8-12週胎兒的身體狀況</h2>

一般情況下，在媽媽腹中的小貝比進入第8週後會從胚胎長成有心跳的胎兒，之後便會快速生長，到第三個月結束大部分的重要器官已經生長完畢。除此之外，熬過這段時期後的寶寶除了生長趨向穩定外，醫師也能從寶寶的生長情況初步推估出預產期呢！</p>
<p>下面來看看這幾週貝比的成長特徵是什麼吧。</p>
<h3>第8週</h3>
<ol>
<li>胚胎直徑：20毫米左右。</li>
<li>透過超音波可以確認寶寶有心跳（有些媽咪本身可能因為脈搏較小沒有辦法很明顯聽到）。</li>
<li>寶寶開始有小小的人形模樣。</li>

<h3>第9週</h3>
<ol>
<li>胎兒直徑：30毫米左右。</li>
<li>手跟腳開始從蹼形生長成各五隻手指腳趾的模樣。</li>
<li>對光、聲音有反應。</li>

<h3>第10週</h3>

<li>胎兒直徑：40毫米左右。</li>
<li>胎兒開始會喝羊水，然後排尿。</li>
<li>神經系統開始發育、寶寶開始會伸展手、腳。</li>

<li>胎兒直徑：50毫米左右。</li>
<li>胎兒維持生命的重要器官（心臟、大腦、肺、肝臟、腎臟、腸胃）都已經開始運作。</li>

<li>胎兒的嘴巴、鼻子等器官形成進度順利。</li>
<li>寶寶偶爾會將嘴巴張開，像是在練習呼吸一樣。</li>

<li>懷孕的媽媽開始出現害喜的狀況。</li>
<li>胸部明顯脹大、乳暈變黑。</li>
<li>白帶、分泌物增加。</li>

<li>有些懷孕的媽媽在這週還是會持續害喜的狀況，甚至更嚴重。</li>
<li>皮膚變乾燥。</li>
<li>孕媽咪開始容易便秘、頻尿。</li>

<h3>第10週</h3>

<li>部分懷孕的媽媽害喜狀況慢慢減輕。</li>
<li>為了能順利的把血液送到子宮跟胎盤，這時候孕婦身體中的血液量會開始大量增加（比懷孕前多了40%～50%）。也因此有的孕婦會開始有靜脈屈張的狀況、血管清晰可見。</li>
<li>孕媽咪全身的液體量增加，再加上隆起的腹部開始壓迫到下半身，讓有身孕的母親從這時候開始容易水腫。</li>

<h3>第11週</h3>
<ol>
<li>懷孕第11週的媽媽也會開始感到腰部酸痛 ，真的辛苦孕媽咪了。</li>
<li>懷孕進入第11週的媽媽隨著體內黄体酮與賀爾蒙的分泌量持續增加，這時的孕媽咪們開始出現容易想睡的狀況。</li>
<li>懷孕邁入第11週的媽媽因為子宮不斷脹大，對腰部的負擔也隨之增加。容易出現腰痠、腰痛的狀況。</li>

<h3>第12週</h3>
<ol>
<li>多數進入懷孕第12週的媽媽，初期害喜症狀逐漸消失，開始能恢復食慾、大吃特吃一頓</li>
<li>進入中期肚子開始明顯變大，看起來有點像小腹般</li>
<li>隨著肚子變化，妊娠紋也開始跑出來</li>

<p>另外，除了身體上的改變之外，孕媽咪在懷孕初期也容易因荷爾蒙影響導致情緒變得脆弱，使有些媽咪會容易哭泣、情緒低落，這時候身旁的隊友可就非常重要囉！盡量讓孕媽咪保持心情愉快、多陪伴多聊聊，偶爾出去散步逛街也不錯，使寶寶感受到快樂元素，有利於寶寶健康成長。</p>

<h2>懷孕12週前的常見流產狀況</h2>

在懷孕過程中除了因為意外事件 （ex：走路跌倒、走樓梯踩空、滑倒……。）讓尚未臨世的寶寶提早被上帝帶回身邊之外，在8到11週的孕媽媽也有可能因為胚胎沒有順利生長成胎兒、體內的胎兒突然停止生長而導致寶寶來不及報到。</p>
<h3>1.胚胎沒有順利生長成胎兒</h3>

在胚胎的心臟還沒發展完全、醫師還沒辦法透過超音波確認寶寶有心跳的時候有15%的流產機率。其中較為常見的就是胚胎沒有順利成形的「萎縮卵」，也就是所謂的「空包彈」。由於精子或卵子於細胞分裂時出現異常，導致兩者結合的胚胎沒有出現心跳。但遇到這種情況，媽媽們也別太自責，因為在研究中有60%是染色體異常所致，屬於身體自然淘汰的一種，只要把身體調養好，寶寶還是會再次回到你身邊的！</p>
<p>此外，在第8週、有的寶寶慢一點在第9週確認有心跳之後的流產率就降低到剩下5%，甚至到了12週以後，流產率更低至1.6%。所以只要平安度過這個階段，接下來都會很順利的～</p>

<h3>2. 胎兒在子宮內突然停止生長</h3>

胚胎順利生長成胎兒後還有一關！加油加油<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/2764.png" alt="❤" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />只要進入第11週就是 流產危險期的尾端了。這時候媽咪容易腹痛，但如果腹痛又出血的話就絕對不要輕忽也不要拖，快去給醫生做詳細檢查！這個時期還沒有脫離危險高峰期，跟整個懷孕週期相比流產率較高是因為胎兒正在急速細胞分裂、生長中，如果體內的染色體異常、寶寶沒有正常生長的話就會有風險。</p>

<p>經歷這段旅程的爸爸媽媽真的辛苦了。但也別帶著過度緊張的情緒看待，只要平時注意一下身體狀況，一出現上述問題馬上去看醫生就對了<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />。</p>
<h2>懷孕8-12週的注意事項</h2>

雖然上述提到的流產風險跟寶寶本身的染色體比較有關，但也因此乖乖聽醫生的話，遵照醫生的指示、定期回診檢查非常重要。特別是在懷孕進入這段明顯變化期的時候，容易會有不適應的小狀況，因此只要學會幾個日常生活中要注意的小技巧，也能在這一個月跟自己的身體和平愉快地相處。</p>
<h3>有害喜症狀者，建議少量多餐</h3>
<p>害喜無疑是這段期間最讓人不舒服的狀況了。婦產科權威吳文毅醫師曾說：「根據醫學研究，是因為人類體內荷爾蒙劇烈變化造成，主要是人類絨毛膜促性腺激素大量分泌所導致的噁心嘔吐等不適感。」</p>
<p>有的人害喜情況聞到某些食物（ex：味道偏油膩的麻油雞味）會<span class="black b">噁心想吐</span>，有的則是<span class="black b">吃完東西會直接嘔吐</span>。</p>
<p>如果有以上害喜症狀的人，除了盡量<span class="black b">避開自己無法接受的食物</span>外，出門的時候<span class="black b">戴口罩</span>也可以降低出門在外因為未到而噁心嘔吐著情況。另外也推薦<span class="black b">少量多餐</span>、<span class="black b">細嚼慢嚥</span>，或者是食用<span class="black b">流質食物</span>來補充營養。</p>
<p>當然若是真的吃不下，也不要太刻意勉強自己，因為前三個月卵黃囊會提供養分給胎兒，所以媽媽們只需要照顧好自己，讓身心靈維持在舒服的狀態就好。</p>

<h3>腹部脹大，避免穿著太緊的服裝</h3>

從這段時期開始，孕媽媽就盡量<span class="black b">不要細皮帶</span>、也<span class="black b">不要穿太緊的褲子</span>。才不會壓迫到寶寶的家，也比較不會腹痛、有壓迫感。</p>
<h3>避免長時間久站久坐</h3>
