<li>蛋黃糊分兩次篩入麵粉，拌勻。</li>
<li>接著拿出蛋白，分三次加入糖，高速打發到濕性發泡，取1/3的蛋白霜混入蛋黃糊拌勻，再將全部的蛋黃糊倒進蛋白霜裡，拌勻。</li>
<li>倒入烤模，摔一下震出泡泡，放進已預熱到180度的烤箱烤30分鐘。</li>
<li>出爐再輕摔一次，立刻倒扣放涼，要吃時再用手脫模就行囉。</li>

<p>少許好的澱粉、沙拉或燙青菜兩大碗、燙雞肉和<span class="orange b">低糖水果</span>。</p>

<p>不吃肉、不吃澱粉。並且吃好消化的食物、一點魚肉和大量的青菜。</p>

<h5>葡萄柚切成薄片後加水→防水腫</h5>
<p>IU曾在節目上提到自己的快速瘦身方式，其中一個方式就是喝葡萄柚水。</p>
<p>她會會把<span class="blue b">葡萄柚</span>、檸檬或小黃瓜<span class="blue b">切成薄片後加到水裡</span>，既可以補充維生素C也比較容易養成喝水的好習慣。</p>
