首先來簡單定義一下，臺大醫院的楊醫師指出：手腳冰冷就是體溫明明很正常，軀幹也很溫暖，但因為血液沒有辦法順暢的流到手指或腳底那些身體末端的地方，所以讓手指、腳趾或是腳底很冰冷。求其在氣溫降低的時候會讓血管收縮，血液回流能力減弱，所以冬天的時候更容易因為末梢神經循環不好，讓手、腳，尤其是指尖、腳尖冰冷。</p>
<p>下面就來詳細介紹什麼原因容易導致手腳冰冷。</p>
<h3>寒冷的環境</h3>
<p>血液會從心臟流出，帶氧氣到全身，糖氧化後會產生熱能，手腳才會溫暖。但身體受寒時，為了要有效保存體溫和能量，流往四肢末端的血流會減少，就會產生手腳冰冷的現象。</p>
<h3>肌肉量不足</h3>
<p>身體的肌肉量不足也是讓血液循環不良的原因。肌肉跟心臟就像幫浦一樣，負責把血液輸送到全身。如果肌肉量少又動的比較少，血液就沒有法順利的送到全身，最後就會導致血液循環不良。比起男性，女生更容易因為肌肉量太少導致手腳冰冷。</p>

<p>會造成血液循環不好的因素有很多種，有可能是因為低血壓引發血液循環不良、體內水分不足或是飲食習慣不好、攝取過多的壞膽固醇。這些都是會導致身體體內的血液循環變差。</p>

<p>人的自律神經由交感神經和副交感神經組成。交感神經可以讓血管收縮，副交感神經則是讓血管舒張，藉由兩者的配合，調節身體體溫。<br />
人在壓力很大的時候會觸發比較多交感神經，會讓你的體內也感到很緊張。如果長時間保持在很大的壓力下，血管就會保持在收縮的狀態，妨礙血液循環。</p>

<p>小編非常推薦深蹲因為它不受場地限制、在哪裡都可以做。<br />

<dd>這種中藥一般拿來治療血液循環不通暢，也可以改善女性月經不順的問題。雖然是婦女常用的中藥，但男性也可以放心服用。</dd>
<dt>當歸芍藥散</dt>
<dd>這種中藥用來養血調肝，臉部蒼白的人或體力不佳的人也很適合服用。</dd>
<dt>桃核承氣湯</dt>
<dd>利用承氣湯再加上桂枝、桃仁，可以擴張血管，虛寒體質的人可以放心吃這個中藥。</dd>
<dt>加味逍遙散</dt>
