<p>現代人從小到大都離不開螢幕，從電視開始，到手機螢幕，最後是每天上班緊盯電腦。我們的眼睛很少有過能休息的時候，早上起床開始就是先看手機，通勤、上班、家裡床上，無時無刻都在滑手機，久而久之，眼睛自然就會感到疲勞，滑沒兩下手機，看沒幾分鐘螢幕，眼睛就乾澀到不行，還有點想睡覺。</p>

<h3>乾眼症也會影響眼睛疲勞</h3>
<p>眼睛疲勞不是因為用眼過度，而是可能患有乾眼症。眼淚可以帶走眼球的上的細菌，並且滋潤眼球，減少疲勞，但是當眼淚分泌不足時，眨眼睛也沒辦法滋潤到眼球，眼睛就會乾澀，甚至是眼睛痛。</p>
<p>在現代已經有非常多人因為忘記讓眼睛休息，導致乾眼症的發生了，久坐在辦公室，緊盯螢幕，偶爾還會忘記眨眼睛，過沒幾個月眼睛就出現問題，給眼科醫師檢查才發現，自己患上乾眼症。</p>
<h3>吹冷氣也會害眼經乾癢疲勞</h3>
<p>炎炎夏日，涼爽的冷氣直接往臉上吹，汗水瞬間不見，感覺真的很舒服。現在的冷氣不只恆溫，也有除濕的功能，身體上的水分都會跟著流失，因此在室內吹冷氣，也同樣需要時時刻刻提醒自己要補充水分，每隔一段時間，就讓眼睛閉起來休息，按摩個幾下，減緩眼睛疲勞，就能讓你在冷氣環境中，眼睛依然水潤明亮。</p>
<h2>眼睛疲勞的症狀</h2>

<h2>減輕眼睛疲勞傷害的護眼方法</h2>

<h3>20-20-20護眼法則</h3>
<p>你還記得小學有一陣子推行的「望遠凝視」運動嗎？</p>
<p><strong>「近距離用眼30分鐘，要望遠休息10分鐘。」</strong>這麼做的是為了讓控制視線聚焦在近處時會收縮的睫狀肌，在望遠的時候得以放鬆，就能減少因長時間且近距離的用眼讓還處於成長階段的眼球形狀固定在只能看近處物體的狀態，也就是所謂的近視成因。</p>
<p>望遠凝視當然是有用的，不過上班族的我們如果每工作30分鐘就休息10分鐘，而且還要把視線完全從電腦螢幕移開，看向窗外風景，根本是超級明目張膽的偷懶行為，所以這邊要介紹由加拿大驗光師Jeffrey Anshel發明的「20-20-20法則」：</p>
<p>「每看螢幕20分鐘，便讓眼睛休息20秒，這20秒之內要聚焦在20呎（6公尺）外的物品。」</p>
<p>實作起來沒有太大困難，只要記得開始工作時用碼表或手機設定20分鐘，或是在螢幕旁邊貼張「在每小時20分、40分及整點時看向遠方！」的便條紙，時間一到就盯著窗外的大樓或對街的路燈看就行了。</p>
<p>如果你做的是一整天坐定不動的工作，最好可以每小時站起來行走，或至少坐著活動全身關節和肌肉，也能稍稍提振精神，增進工作效率。</p>
<h3>緩解眼睛疲勞的眼球操</h3>

<strong>轉動眼珠法</strong>：適合經常看大量文字、數據，用眼量極大的人。</p>
<ol>
<li>緊閉雙眼，停5秒，用力睜開</li>
<li>循「左→右→上→下」的順序，慢慢轉動眼珠</li>
</ol>
<p>每20分鐘休息時作3組，可以更有效的紓解因緊盯近處而彈性疲乏的睫狀肌。</p>
<p><strong>眨眼法</strong>：使用自帶光源的電腦、手機容易流淚眼酸、視力模糊的人。</p>
<ol>
<li>閉上眼睛輕輕按摩雙眼球，促進血液循環</li>
<li>大約以一秒睜眼、一秒閉眼的頻率眨眼1~2分鐘</li>
<li>閉眼休息10秒</li>
</ol>
<p>眨眼會分泌淚液滋潤眼球，同時也能鍛鍊眼瞼肌肉，促進血液循環，對於恢復疲勞很有幫助。</p>
<p><strong>調整焦點法</strong>：訓練眼睛調節焦距的能力，消解疲勞還能預防老花。</p>
<ol>
<li>舉大拇指在兩眼前方10公分，雙眼盡力聚焦到能看清楚細節，停3秒鐘</li>
<li>打拇指保持在雙眼正中，逐漸伸直手臂，視線要保持在大拇指尖</li>
<li>伸直手臂後凝視3秒，然後慢慢收回直到眼前10公分</li>
<li>步驟1~3反覆作3分鐘</li>
</ol>
<p>與望遠凝視原理類似，就是看遠看近要均衡發展。近視和老花都是因不當用眼或老化引起的眼睛肌肉疲乏，只要經常作變化遠近焦距的眼球操，就能預防視力退化。</p>
<h3>眼藥水</h3>

滴眼藥水可以立即緩解眼睛乾澀的不適，特別是當你接觸電子產品時，不論是工作或打遊戲，「專注」會減少眨眼的次數，而眨眼卻有讓眼球維持濕潤、阻擋各種空氣灰塵刺激的功用，眨眼次數不夠就容易眼睛乾澀。因此你要是經常被乾眼困擾，可以先試試主動多眨眨眼。</p>
<p>現在眼藥水、人工淚液等用來濕潤眼球的小道具在一般藥妝店都找得到，還有點下去提神醒腦的涼感眼藥水、添加血管收縮劑讓眼睛變得更明亮的眼藥水、隱眼專用成分單純的人工淚液等等。</p>
<p>使用前最好確定有沒有抗生素、類固醇之類的成分，有的話就必須減少使用頻率。而防腐劑則是能免則免，通常眼藥水小小一瓶開封後，1個月內就要使用完畢。</p>
<h3>建構更友善的用眼環境</h3>
<h4>調低螢幕亮度</h4>
<p>螢幕的背景藍光在可見光中波長偏短，易散射，眼睛聚焦更艱難，也就更容易疲累。</p>
<p>所以螢幕亮度不要沒事設置100%，調低到可以看得清楚就好。</p>
<p>更有心的話，購買好的抗藍光螢幕、螢幕保護貼或眼鏡，最多能過濾掉近半的藍光，頂多畫面產生一些色差。</p>
<h4>注意周圍光線</h4>
<p>螢幕反光和背景光加在一起，亮度通常會過高，而且反光也會阻礙視線，因此要注意窗外、日光燈、檯燈等照明在螢幕上不會反光。你可以把螢幕電源切掉，黑暗的螢幕中不能直接看得到光源。</p>
<p>另外，因為類似的原因，也不要在過亮（太陽下）或過暗（黑暗的房間）的場所使用電腦，並讓周遭的亮度比螢幕亮一些，能減輕眼睛負擔。</p>
<ul>
<li>將螢幕稍微朝下傾斜。光源通常在上方，往下較不會反光</li>
<li>定期用拭鏡布或眼睛布「乾擦」清潔螢幕灰塵（液晶螢幕可能會因水、酒精受損，真的要去手印油汙，請用液晶螢幕專用清潔液）</li>
<li>白天拉上窗簾。太陽光就算在陰天，亮度依然遠大於一般室內光源</li>
<li>使用霧面的防反光螢幕保護貼，或無色半透明資料夾減少反光</li>
</ul>
<h4>變更電腦文字設定</h4>

上網、打報告、作報表，字體太小的話總是看得很累，還會不知不覺離螢幕越來越近，忘記保持30公分的距離。</p>
<p>看得很吃力的小字放大為2倍，一般字體放大約1.5倍，便能有效減輕用眼負擔。用電腦螢幕閱讀文字勝過紙本的最大好處，就在於「字體大小」可以自由更改，務必善加利用。</p>
<h4>適當的桌椅與電腦位置</h4>
<p>使用電腦的大螢幕時，擺在手臂伸直的距離，讓螢幕上緣和眼睛同高，就不用低頭或駝背。</p>
<p>桌面高度約在坐姿時的腰際，雙手置放在桌上用鍵盤時自然下垂身側呈直角。辦公用的如果是筆電，基本上不可能同時達成螢幕和鍵盤都在最適當的位置，所以可以的話，最好想辦法墊高筆電，然後用外接鍵盤配合手肘垂放高度。</p>
<h3>日常眼睛保養</h3>

<h4>定期去眼科檢查</h4>
<p>眼睛疲累有很大原因是視力不佳，看不清楚螢幕眼睛就會更加吃力，就像高強度運動更容易累一樣道理。只有定期檢查視力，隨時把握眼睛情況，才能對症下藥，及早改善情況。</p>
<p>除了20到40歲且沒有近視的健康青壯年可以兩年檢查一次，小孩、配戴眼鏡者及40歲以上的老花眼可能族群最好一年一檢。</p>
<h4>對眼睛有益的食物</h4>
<p>常聽說對眼睛有益的營養素有維生素A、DHA（魚油）與β-胡蘿蔔素，除此之外還有維生素C、維生素E、葉黃素、花青素、鋅也是眼睛不可或缺的物質。</p>
