<li>奶油乳酪 120g</li>
<li>動物性鮮奶油 100g </li>
<li>蘭姆酒 1t</li>
<li>檸檬汁 2t </li>
<li>紅石榴泥 150g </li>
<li>細砂糖 60g</li>
<li>鮮奶 50g</li>

<h5>步驟</h5>
<ol>
<li>先做派皮，把奶油蓋上過篩的麵粉，在把切成小丁的奶油、糖、鹽巴分次少量加入水並拌入麵粉壓成麵糰。</li>
<li>壓成糰後包保鮮膜冷藏1小時。</li>
<li>桿麵棍沾些麵粉，直接將麵糰桿平，重複幾次直到麵皮柔順。</li>
<li>將麵糰桿出約厚度0.3mm的麵皮，再放到派模上。</li>
<li>用叉子在派皮上戳一些洞後，將烤箱預熱至190度，把放上烤紙後再放上紅豆的派皮，放入空烤 20-25分鐘。</li>
<li>將派取出，拿掉上面的紙和紅豆，刷上蛋液再進烤箱烤5分鐘，此時派底會呈現金黃色。</li>
<li>接下來做內餡，把紅石榴打成汁並過濾，奶油乳酪放在室溫讓它軟化，吉力丁片泡冰水軟化。</li>

<li>把豬里肌切小塊，撒上一匙太白粉並抓勻。</li>
<li>下鍋把豬肉表面煎熟，取出備用</li>
<li>鍋內放一匙油，下蒜頭、薑末，爆香。</li>
<li>下彩椒，並翻炒。</li>
<li>把剛剛煎過的豬里肌肉放回鍋中，加入來料中標有【調味料】的醬料（視情況加入1匙清水），煮到醬汁濃稠。</li>
<li>起鍋前放入紅石榴快速拌炒一下，就可以起鍋。</li>
