<p>身體裡的這把火必須時時保持在平衡狀態，既不能燒得過旺也不可以過弱。當火勢太旺，甲狀腺過度作用，會變成所謂的「甲狀腺亢進」；相反的，當身體燃燒不足的時候，整個人會覺得遲鈍、沒精神、新陳代謝差，並發生各式各樣的症狀。這就是今天要介紹的「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺低下（Hypothyroidism）</strong></span>」了！</p>

<h2>甲狀腺低下的原因</h2>
<p>造成甲狀腺功能低下的原因有很多，其中兩種最常見的，一種是<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺生病發炎</strong></span>，也是造成甲狀腺低下最大的原因「橋本氏症」；另一種則是<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺亢進治療後產生的副作用</strong></span>。</p>
<h3>橋本氏症</h3>

也叫「橋本氏甲狀腺炎」、「慢性淋巴球甲狀腺炎」，是一種自體免疫疾病，因為免疫系統將甲狀腺的細胞誤判為敵人攻擊，甲狀腺受到破壞發炎，所以失去了原本的功能。女生發生橋本氏症的機率是男生的8到15倍，所以很多甲狀腺低下導的致荷爾蒙失調，都在女生身上更為常見。</p>
<h3>甲亢治療的副作用</h3>

<h3>TSH代表什麼？看懂血檢報告上的數值</h3>

一般健檢不會去測甲狀腺素的濃度，但這些數字對病人而言卻是很重要的參考。如果你的手邊剛好有一份血檢報告，不妨花點時間研究上面的數字，也更了解自己的身體狀況！</p>
<h4>T3、T4</h4>
<p>還包括Free T3、Free T4，這四個數字指的東西還有正常值都不太一樣，而我們只要知道它們「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>都代表甲狀腺素的濃度</strong></span>」就可以了。這幾個數字太高的人偏甲狀腺亢進，太低的人則有甲狀腺低下的傾向。</p>
<h4>TSH</h4>
<p>TSH叫做「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺刺激素</strong></span>」，是一種促進甲狀腺素分泌的荷爾蒙。TSH跟上面剛好相反，<span class="line-yellow"><strong>數字小於0.4代表甲狀腺亢進，數字大於5代表甲狀腺低下</strong></span>。舉例來說：如果一個人的T4正常，但是TSH值偏低，表示身體預測到甲狀腺素之後有飆高的可能，容易發生甲狀腺亢進，所以正在努力避免刺激它。</p>
<h2>甲狀腺低下有哪些飲食禁忌？</h2>
<p>在日常生活中，甲狀腺低下的患者只要稍微調整一下飲食習慣，再加上有去看醫生，就不必擔心對病情有負面影響了。甲狀腺低下的三大飲食禁忌是：「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>戒冰、戒糖、戒大吃大喝</strong></span>。」</p>
<h3>避免吃冰的東西</h3>

<h3>注意糖分攝取</h3>

在甜點、手搖杯當中，含有比想像中還更大量的砂糖等精製糖類。攝取過多糖分會加重身體的負荷，讓身體處於「慢性發炎」的狀態，也容易加重甲狀腺的發炎狀況喔。</p>

腸道裡面住了很多免疫細胞，一次吃太多東西會增加腸道負擔，也容易刺激免疫系統作用。因為甲狀腺低下本身就可能是免疫系統引起的問題，所以大吃大喝不僅沒辦法讓人有精神，還會讓症狀變得更嚴重！</p>
<h3>甲狀腺低下該多吃什麼呢？</h3>

甲狀腺低下的人，平常可以多吃一些雞蛋、豆腐，<span class="line-yellow"><strong>補充蛋白質</strong></span>有利於新陳代謝，裡頭的微量元素「硒」也對人體機能有幫助。此外<span class="line-yellow"><strong>菇類</strong></span>能夠幫助免疫功能正常運作，再來只要注意均衡飲食，確保每一種營養都有攝取到，就不會有問題了。</p>
<p>至於海帶、香蕉這些含碘量高的食物，其實正常吃就好，並不用特別多攝取喔。這是由於現代人甲狀腺低下的原因大多出在免疫失常，而不是碘的攝取量不足，吃進太多碘反而會造成反效果。</p>

<p>話雖這麼說，但養成運動的習慣還是有好處的。其實也不用太激烈，下班之後散步、快走一下，就有助於提升體溫、促進血液循環。泡澡也是個很好的選項，只要記得一天一次讓身子熱起來都很不錯。</p>

按照民俗療法的理論，腳底的「反射區」會反映身體各部位的狀況，針對特定部位按摩也有助於促進健康。甲狀腺的腳底反射區位於拇趾和食趾中間，沿著小山丘畫出的一道弧線。按摩的時候由下往上輕壓，如果很痛的話也不要硬按，用指尖輕輕掃過去就可以了。</p>

甲狀腺低下可以在內科、新陳代謝科、內分泌科治療，尤其在<strong><span class="line-yellow">新陳代謝科與內分泌科</span></strong>，很多醫生都是甲狀腺疾病的專家。而治療主要採用的是「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>荷爾蒙補充療法</strong></span>」，基本上要乖乖看病、吃藥很長一段時間，直到檢查的數字回歸正常為止。</p>
<p>只要遵照指示服用，甲狀腺低下的藥物是沒有副作用的，只是要注意空腹吃才不會影響吸收。然而，要是把甲狀腺素當成減肥藥大量服用的話，不僅容易讓血壓升高、加速骨質流失，也可能造成心悸、心律不整甚至心臟衰竭，後果是很嚴重的！</p>

首先來簡單定義一下，臺大醫院的楊醫師指出：手腳冰冷就是體溫明明很正常，軀幹也很溫暖，但因為血液沒有辦法順暢的流到手指或腳底那些身體末端的地方，所以讓手指、腳趾或是腳底很冰冷。求其在氣溫降低的時候會讓血管收縮，血液回流能力減弱，所以冬天的時候更容易因為末梢神經循環不好，讓手、腳，尤其是指尖、腳尖冰冷。</p>

<h3>寒冷的環境</h3>
<p>血液會從心臟流出，帶氧氣到全身，糖氧化後會產生熱能，手腳才會溫暖。但身體受寒時，為了要有效保存體溫和能量，流往四肢末端的血流會減少，就會產生手腳冰冷的現象。</p>
<h3>肌肉量不足</h3>
<p>身體的肌肉量不足也是讓血液循環不良的原因。肌肉跟心臟就像幫浦一樣，負責把血液輸送到全身。如果肌肉量少又動的比較少，血液就沒有法順利的送到全身，最後就會導致血液循環不良。比起男性，女生更容易因為肌肉量太少導致手腳冰冷。</p>
