<p>這個方法是不是蠻新奇的！小編自己當初聽到這個方法的時候第一直覺是：咦？！啊硬幣不是也沒有很香、有一股難以言喻的味道，每次摸完硬幣都很想去洗手。</p>
<p>但實際上銅板硬幣能除臭的說法並非空穴來風！我們的硬幣是用銅製成，銅裡面的銅離子具有良好的殺菌作用，所以能有效抑制鞋子裡孳生的細菌，也就能輕鬆達到消除鞋中臭味的效果。</p>

在2010年時，菅屋教授曾透過實驗調查夏天和冬天的汗量變化:</p>
<p class="icon-wakaba">實驗室分別為10分鐘的健身自行車運動和2分鐘的心算，比較兩者在不同環境時腋下所出的汗量。</p>

根據實驗的結果顯示，在炎熱的夏天，不管是運動還是心算，所流的汗量都差不多；<br />
但是在冬天的室溫下，整體的汗量減少為夏天的一半，但排汗量卻是運動量的2倍。</p>
<p>可以得知，<span class="line-yellow">「冬天全身汗量雖然少於夏天，卻更容易因為壓力的關係流汗」</span>。</p>
<h3>我們的汗腺</h3>

人的汗腺可以分為外分泌汗腺((eccrine sweat glands，小汗腺)和頂漿腺(apocrine sweat glands，大汗腺)。</p>
<h4>外分泌汗腺</h4>
<p>是我們一般所熟知的汗腺，負責分泌汗液、排除廢物，並藉由蒸發汗液來調節體溫。排出的物體大多是<span class="b f12em">血液中</span>多餘的水分和鹽分。</p>
<h4>頂漿腺</h4>
<p>位於<span class="b f12em">腋下、生殖器</span>及<span class="b f12em">肛門四周</span>，會分泌白色無味的黏稠液體和費洛蒙，但這些物質經過細菌的分解會產生一種<span class="orange b f12em">獨特的臭味</span>。<br />
感到緊張或是壓力時，刺激交感神經後會由頂漿腺流出黏稠的汗，其中約有70-80%的成分是水，剩下的20%則由蛋白質、脂質和胺基酸等物質組成。</p>
<h3>腋下的汗味在冬天異常濃烈?</h3>

剛剛說過，頂漿腺分布於腋下和生殖器周圍。<br />
通常，<span class="underline">腋毛旺盛的人，腋下分布的頂漿腺也會比較多</span>。<br />

流汗時，頂漿腺分泌的特殊氣味汗液會附著在你的腋毛上。<br />
如果接著二度流汗的話，味道就會更濃厚、並擴散到空氣中。</p>
<p>所以，即使不是狐臭患者，一般不刮腋毛的男性，身上的體味還是會大於女性。</p>
<p><span class="line-yellow">此外，還有一個原因是冬天的汗濃度較高。</span><br />
汗腺排出的汗一般是來自於血液中，機能強的汗腺可以讓血管<span class="b f12em">再吸收</span>隨汗液排出的礦物質和胺基酸，讓汗液清透的像是普通的水；<br />
但是機能衰退的汗腺卻無法實現這個功能，也就會排出富含礦物質和胺基酸的濃稠汗液。</p>
<p><span class="red b f12em">那什麼情況下才會導致汗腺衰退呢?</span><br />
<span class="black b">不常使用汗腺</span>的話，汗腺的機能就會逐漸退化。<br />
冬天的時候流汗機會少，汗腺的功能也一定程度的衰退，流出的汗會比夏天更加濃稠。<br />

以上是日本皮膚科五味診所所做的調查，可以看出冬天的汗，其礦物質排出量居然是夏天的<span class="red b f12em">2倍</span>之多。<br />
由此可知，冬天的汗腋濃度真的比夏天高出許多!</p>
<h2>冬天的制汗對策哪7招</h2>

如果你覺得香水多噴幾下就可以蓋過你的體味，那你可就大錯特錯了!<br />
香水只會讓你的體味更加明顯，使人不悅而已。<br />
想要當個清新氣味代言人的話，你就該這麼做:</p>
<h3>1.拋棄超級厚重的大衣</h3>
<p>夏天穿短袖、秋天要洋蔥式，那冬天又該怎麼辦呢?<br />
如果不穿厚重大衣我一定會凍得皮皮剉!!!</p>
<p>其實也不是這麼嚴苛，但是最起碼<span class="orange">貼身的衣物</span>一定要吸水透氣。<br />
因為穿著厚重的衣服會讓你的外套內形成細菌喜愛的環境，那它們就會不停地分解你的汗液為食，再不停地繁殖。<br />
不僅讓你容易生病，味道也會讓人退避三舍喔!</p>
<h3>2.多補充水分</h3>
<p>冬天一直處在溫熱的環境中(室內、外套內)，讓人很難發覺自己是否有流汗。<br />
這可能會讓你無法得知自己目前是否有缺水的症狀。<br />
而<span class="b f12em">不自覺</span>地脫水症，會導致血液中的水分變少、血液濃度高，排出的汗濃度自然也會變高、氣味更重喔!</p>
<h3>3.外出前使用止汗劑</h3>
<p>比起出汗的時候才使用止汗劑，在出門前擦上、噴上才是最保險的做法喔!<br />
出門前或是洗澡後都是擦止汗劑的好時機，在出汗前就先抑制發汗，才能根本解決問題~<br />
不過，非必要時還是要注意使用次數，總是讓汗流不出來對身體來說也是種<span class="red b">負擔</span>。</p>
<h3>4.少吃重口味</h3>
<p>重口味的食物、調味料，也會讓你的汗液味道變重。<br />
還有酒精、肉、辛辣物也要少吃。<br />
可以多吃魚類和豆類，藉以補充不足的蛋白質。</p>
<h3>5.把握出汗機會</h3>
<p>冬天的運動不足、流汗少都會導致汗腺的衰退。<br />
前面有提到，<span class="navy b f12em">汗腺的衰退</span>會使過濾礦物質和胺基酸的機能也降低。<br />
汗液就無法維持清透，而會混入一些雜質和臭味成分。</p>
<h3>6.隨身攜帶面紙or擦汗巾</h3>
<p>如果放置身上的汗，過了一陣子後就會開始散發出濃烈的氣味。<br />

<p>不管是因為運動、走路還是其他原因所流汗，隨時擦乾絕對沒錯。<br />
可以減少感冒著涼的機率，也可以避免汗液放久了開始發臭。</p>
<h3>7.鍛鍊自律神經</h3>
<p>自律神經的強弱與發汗機制有著微妙的關係。<br />
畢竟發汗機制的一部份是由交感神經所操控的，因此照顧好你的自律神經也是一大課題。<br />
沒事多做深呼吸、按時吃飯，養成早睡早起、不吃多、勤運動的習慣，健康又有益改善濃厚體味喔!</p>

<h3>4.冰涼罐裝飲料降溫</h3>

<h3>7.止汗劑</h3>

<p>止汗劑常用於腋下出汗或抑制狐臭，一般藥局都會販賣。止汗的原理是靠止汗劑裡面的成分堵住汗腺，進而達到減少出汗的效果，不過既然只是堵住就不代表根治，通常要持續使用一周以上才看得到結果，並且停藥後又會漸漸恢復原先體質。</p>
<p>止汗劑的使用上有幾點注意：</p>

<h2>為什麼會有手汗？</h2>

<h2>手汗該如何預防？</h2>

<h3>穴道按摩</h3>
<p>人的身上有多種穴道，按摩能幫助我們放鬆身體，減緩壓力。<br />
按摩手上的兩個穴道，合谷穴和勞宮穴，緊張時只要按摩這兩處，幫助心情放鬆之外，也能有效抑制出汗。</p>
<p>不需要太過用力，反覆各按壓搓揉5秒左右，手汗情況也能好轉。只要記住這兩個穴道，就能開心和另一伴手牽手出門約會，不必擔心手汗來攪局。</p>
<h3>壓力問題</h3>
<p>壓力如影隨形，不管是哪種壓力都會使人情緒緊張，雖然適度的壓力能加強工作效率，但是長久的壓力卻會壓垮身心。手汗因為交感神經較為敏感，只要有一點小刺激就會開始流，從根本解決壓力問題，是最好的方法，但事情往往沒這麼單純，只好另尋方法發洩壓力。</p>

<p>酸、辣、燙這類食物都會影響到身體，日常生活要避免吃熱食，只吃冷飯太過困難。雖然酸、辣食物對身體好，特別是吃辣會讓我們流汗。想要減少手汗情形，最好的方法還是少接觸這類食物比較好。</p>
<h3>爽身粉</h3>
<p>爽身粉能吸收汗，讓我們保持乾爽。家中有小嬰兒就會常備，洗完澡後保持乾燥，避免長痱子。其實爽身粉的功用可不只如此，當你夏天容易腋下出汗，或是腳汗導致的腳臭，都能靠它解決。常有手汗的人，不妨每天攜帶爽身粉，雖然不能治本，但可以應急，是不錯的預防方式。</p>
<h2>治療手汗問題</h2>

<h3>止汗劑</h3>
<p>止汗劑的好處是效果不錯，但缺點是需要長期塗抹，有些人膚質會產生過敏不適，而症狀太過嚴重的人效果也並不理想。</p>
<h3>離子電詠法（電療）</h3>
<p>電療在日常生活中很常見，有些人拿來紓解壓力、促進血液循環等等，其實它還能治療手汗。電療能暫時使汗腺失去作用，達到解決手汗問題，但缺點是需要長期使用，才能看見效果，而因個人體質不同，使用的次數也會跟著不一樣。</p>
<p>有些人會嫌每個禮拜去診所電療很麻煩，乾脆自己買一台放在家，隨時都能使用，不過建議在自己購買電療機處理前，還是先到醫院檢查詢問一次，確定沒問題以後再做購買使用會比較好。</p>
<h3>注射肉毒桿菌</h3>
<p>相信許多人對肉毒桿菌都不陌生，許多水水為了讓自己看起來更漂亮，解決臉上細紋問題，選擇施打肉毒桿菌，而手汗問題也同樣適用。</p>
<p>將肉毒桿菌注入皮下組織，阻斷神經訊息，使汗腺暫時作用，大約可以維持6～8個月。注射肉毒桿菌的副作用是，可能會出現手腕無力，需要隔2～4個禮拜才能恢復，而且價格較為昂貴。</p>
<h3>內視鏡胸腔交感神經阻斷術</h3>
<p>內視鏡胸腔交感神經阻斷術，也就是我們常說的切斷神經（汗腺）。手術快速簡單，而且實質上的一勞永逸，但缺點也很明顯，會出現所謂的代償性出汗，簡單來說就是，原本的手汗會轉移到別處。</p>

<h2>人為什麼會流汗?</h2>

<p>但是，明明在靜態活動中，天氣也不特別炎熱，頭頂、腋下、胸背還是大量流汗可就不尋常了。雙手在我們日常生活中扮演太過重要的角色，以至於有「手汗」問題的人，更常為社交或心理狀態所苦。</p>
<p>首先讓我簡單說明流汗的過程：</p>
<p>人體擁有特殊機制來保持<span class="black b">體溫的恆定</span>，氣溫的昇高、運動、進食等行為可以增加體內的溫度，並利用<span class="red b">水</span>或是<span class="red b">水蒸氣</span>的形式<span class="black b">帶走多餘的熱量</span>。</p>
<p>這些蒸發出來的水分凝結在皮膚上變得肉眼可見，就是我們俗稱的「汗水」。</p>
<p>我們現在討論的「<span class="green b">手汗</span>」，可以把它看作是「流汗」的其中一種方式。但是，手掌出汗往往不只是身體的進行散熱，更代表交感神經過於活躍的異常現象，所以必須要將此作為一個獨立的症狀來看待。</p>
<h3>手汗症（精神性出汗）</h3>
<p>手汗過多的症狀我們一般會稱作「手汗症」，因為人體交感神經過於敏感，才會不斷刺激的流手汗，對身體健康方面其實沒有負擔或影響，所以手汗造成的不便僅是在生活上（手機觸控不良、寫字紙會濕掉），或是人際關係中（不敢與人握手或牽手、擔心別人觀感）。</p>
<p>但就因為「莫名其妙出汗好丟臉」、「會不會被覺得我很沒衛生……」等強烈的負面心理因素，導致自己更緊張，結果交感神經作用更旺盛、出汗量也就更難以抑制。</p>

<h2>全身性出汗有哪些？</h2>

<p>通常是指運動後，或是吃熱食、熱飲後的出汗。</p>
<p><span class="red b">運動</span>及<span class="red b">吃飯</span>之後體內的<span class="black b">代謝會加快</span>，所以身體為了讓逐漸升高的體溫保持恆溫，就會靠出汗散熱。</p>
<p>溫熱型出汗的特徵是汗量多又急，用手帕擦可能也應付不及呢！</p>
<h3>味覺性出汗（髓性多汗症）</h3>
<p>在食用<span class="red b">辛辣</span>、<span class="red b">香味</span>食物或飲料後的出汗。</p>
<p>出汗原因目前仍不明確，但大致分為兩種說法，其一是說「味覺神經受到辛辣、香味的刺激導致交感神經混亂所以流汗」；其二是「身體為了快速分解體內的辛辣物質所以會加速代謝、汗也流得多」。</p>
<p>味覺性出汗雖然<span class="underline">以鼻子和額頭的出汗為主</span>，但也有全身出汗的案例。</p>
<h3>根據個人體質</h3>
<p>當然，出汗主要的原因還是身體為了排出體內多餘的熱量而發生的代謝結果。</p>
<p>但是有些<span class="red b">疾病</span>，如：<span class="black b">甲狀腺機能亢進</span>、荷爾蒙失調、<span class="black b">更年期症狀</span>、糖尿病等都很容易會有全身潮熱出汗的問題。</p>

<p>平日讓自己多流汗，維持汗腺機能，長久運動下來，能使手汗獲得好轉。再來還有，體重也與手汗有關係，身體如果囤積太多脂肪，反而會體寒。運動能有效地解決手汗問題，並且讓身體變得更加健康！</p>
<h3>3.按摩穴道</h3>

許多人只要身體疲累便會去按摩，紓壓身心。手上有「勞宮穴」、「合谷穴」能幫助放鬆、減少手汗。</p>
<p>勞宮穴的位置位於，掌心之間，中指往內凹，碰到之處便是勞宮穴，能幫助我們放鬆心情。合谷穴在手背，食指與拇指之間，也就是虎口處，能減少手汗形成。</p>
<p>在緊張時，不妨按壓這兩處穴道15～20秒，不須太過用力，或許會有意想不到的效果喔！</p>
<h3>4.減少精神上的壓力，適時放鬆心情</h3>

人在緊張的時候難免會冒汗，而被手汗所擾的人，狀況會更為嚴重。一般人頂多手會變得稍微黏，只要洗個手或衛生紙擦拭即可，但被手汗症所擾的人，卻會汗流不止，整個手都能看到汗珠。</p>
<p>雖然簡單來說就是，讓自己心情隨時處於在放鬆狀態，但要做到並不容易，特別是對容易緊張的人來說，更是難上加難。可以趁這個機會，找出能讓自己放鬆的辦法，像是做什麼事前，先聽個音樂，數圓周率、廁所裡面沉思、沉靜個幾秒，都是不錯的方法。</p>
<p>一時之間要做到非常困難，因此多練習幾次，讓自己保持情緒穩定，便能減少手汗了。</p>
<h3>5.止汗劑</h3>

<p>市面上有許多止汗劑，能暫時止住手汗。雖然止汗劑固然好用，但是效果時間短，而且對於手汗過於嚴重的人來說，效果並不明顯，而且使用過多，也容易有過敏的疑慮。</p>
<p>止汗劑適合給狀況較為輕微的人做應急使用。</p>
<h3>6.離子導入法（電療）</h3>

離子導入法指的就是電療，是利用微弱的電，使皮脂腺萎縮，達到減少手汗的效果。該療程是以時間換取功效，每周需到診所2～3次，因為健保有給付，所以價格並不昂貴，只要持續去，大約半年左右就能漸漸感受到效果。因為效果不錯的關係，離子導入法是許多人的首選之一。</p>
<p>有些人會覺得每周去有些麻煩，並自己買了一台電療機在家使用，這也是不錯的方法，不過建議使用前，還是先諮詢專業醫師的意見，比較安全喔！</p>
<h3>7.肉毒桿菌素注射</h3>

<dd>不一定。目前還不清楚發病的原因，不過似乎與濕度、精神壓力等因素有關。由於身體釋放大量汗水，堵住了汗腺的出口進而引起了發炎症狀。手掌、腳底開始長出小水泡，很癢、非常不舒服，且很容易復發。</dd>
