<h2>月經失調的成因為何？</h2>

月經失調的原因可分為<span class="orange b f1em">非結構性病因</span>與<span class="orange b f1em">結構性病因</span>，前者主要與神經與內分泌相關，後者則指與月經相關的器官（如卵巢或子宮）發生結構上的異常，接著會做更詳細的介紹：</p>
<h3>① 內分泌功能失調</h3>
<p>你知道嗎？月經的生成路線為 <span class="orange b f1em"><strong>腦部 → 卵巢 → 子宮內膜</strong></span>，為一種內分泌循環的現象，首先腦部中的<span class="orange b f1em">下視丘</span>會釋放促性腺激素釋放激素，使<span class="orange b f1em">腦下垂體</span>分泌黃體生成激素與綠泡刺激素的物質，再來影響到<span class="orange b f1em">卵巢</span>中的動情素與黃體素，最後刺激子宮內膜剝落出血。</p>
<p>如果下視丘或腦下垂體出了問題，就會讓後續激素的循環「大塞車」。導致前者的原因包括<span class="orange b f1em">壓力</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">減重</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">營養不良</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">藥物的攝取</span>，可以透過調整生活作息獲得改善；而後者原因尚不明，大多數是患了<span class="orange b f1em">腦下垂體腺瘤</span>，建議諮詢腦科、內分泌科或腫瘤神經外科並做相關檢查，避免醞釀其它病根。</p>
<h3>② 卵巢功能異常</h3>
<p>因為體內<span class="orange b f1em">雄性荷爾蒙過高</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">卵巢濾泡生長異常</span>等原因，導致患者慢性不排卵，最後出現月經不規則、月經過少甚至是無月經的現象。另外，若是患有早發性卵巢衰竭，月經現象也可能提早結束。</p>
<h3>③ 子宮病變</h3>
<p>如為子宮疾病帶來的影響，則大部分以子宮不正出血為主要原因，而導致子宮不正出血的因素又可以<span class="orange b f1em">PALM-COEIN系統</span>來細分判斷：</p>

<p>若排除子宮不正出血之原因，也可能為<span class="orange b f1em">懷孕初期出血</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">流產</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">子宮外孕</span>所導致，建議諮詢專業醫師並接受相關檢查。</p>
<h3>④ 身體受寒</h3>
<p>從中醫的角度來看，若女性身體受寒著涼，也會引起盆腔內的<span class="orange b f1em">血管劇烈收縮</span>，進而導致稀經或閉經。</p>
<h3>⑤ 生活習慣</h3>
<p>例如<span class="orange b f1em">飲酒</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">吸菸</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">熬夜</span>等不良習慣都會干擾女性體內的荷爾蒙、影響月經週期與出血狀況。此外，<span class="orange b f1em">不當的節食行為</span>也會使體內合成雌激素所需的養分不足，導致經期出血量減少，怎麼等也等不到大姨媽來報到。</p>
<h3>⑥ 情緒管理</h3>
<p><span class="orange b f1em">憤怒</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">悲傷</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">壓力</span>等<span class="orange b f1em">負面情緒</span>會波及腦部，進而影響到負責分泌卵巢激素的腦下垂體和下視丘，不只干擾月經週期與出血量，也可能使經痛現象惡化。</p>

<p>身體裡的這把火必須時時保持在平衡狀態，既不能燒得過旺也不可以過弱。當火勢太旺，甲狀腺過度作用，會變成所謂的「甲狀腺亢進」；相反的，當身體燃燒不足的時候，整個人會覺得遲鈍、沒精神、新陳代謝差，並發生各式各樣的症狀。這就是今天要介紹的「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺低下（Hypothyroidism）</strong></span>」了！</p>

<h2>甲狀腺低下的原因</h2>
<p>造成甲狀腺功能低下的原因有很多，其中兩種最常見的，一種是<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺生病發炎</strong></span>，也是造成甲狀腺低下最大的原因「橋本氏症」；另一種則是<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺亢進治療後產生的副作用</strong></span>。</p>
<h3>橋本氏症</h3>

也叫「橋本氏甲狀腺炎」、「慢性淋巴球甲狀腺炎」，是一種自體免疫疾病，因為免疫系統將甲狀腺的細胞誤判為敵人攻擊，甲狀腺受到破壞發炎，所以失去了原本的功能。女生發生橋本氏症的機率是男生的8到15倍，所以很多甲狀腺低下導的致荷爾蒙失調，都在女生身上更為常見。</p>
<h3>甲亢治療的副作用</h3>

甲狀腺低下會導致情緒低落、無精打采，其實很容易跟憂鬱症搞混，一個是精神科疾患，一個跟內分泌有關。一般來說甲狀腺低下會伴隨某些外在的症狀，發病的時期也比較明確，所以如果你最近覺得有情緒問題，加上身體也不太舒服的話，也可以請醫生驗一下甲狀腺素的濃度，別忽略真正的潛在病因了喔。</p>
<h3>TSH代表什麼？看懂血檢報告上的數值</h3>

一般健檢不會去測甲狀腺素的濃度，但這些數字對病人而言卻是很重要的參考。如果你的手邊剛好有一份血檢報告，不妨花點時間研究上面的數字，也更了解自己的身體狀況！</p>
<h4>T3、T4</h4>
<p>還包括Free T3、Free T4，這四個數字指的東西還有正常值都不太一樣，而我們只要知道它們「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>都代表甲狀腺素的濃度</strong></span>」就可以了。這幾個數字太高的人偏甲狀腺亢進，太低的人則有甲狀腺低下的傾向。</p>
<h4>TSH</h4>
<p>TSH叫做「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>甲狀腺刺激素</strong></span>」，是一種促進甲狀腺素分泌的荷爾蒙。TSH跟上面剛好相反，<span class="line-yellow"><strong>數字小於0.4代表甲狀腺亢進，數字大於5代表甲狀腺低下</strong></span>。舉例來說：如果一個人的T4正常，但是TSH值偏低，表示身體預測到甲狀腺素之後有飆高的可能，容易發生甲狀腺亢進，所以正在努力避免刺激它。</p>
<h2>甲狀腺低下有哪些飲食禁忌？</h2>
<p>在日常生活中，甲狀腺低下的患者只要稍微調整一下飲食習慣，再加上有去看醫生，就不必擔心對病情有負面影響了。甲狀腺低下的三大飲食禁忌是：「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>戒冰、戒糖、戒大吃大喝</strong></span>。」</p>
<h3>避免吃冰的東西</h3>

<h3>注意糖分攝取</h3>

<p>而玄米含有的「<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">玄米多酚</span></span>」擁有足以媲美芝麻素的功效，能夠幫助睡眠、穩定情緒，是玄米最重要的健康成分。今天的文章我們就從「玄米」與「多酚」分別聊起，再來談談玄米多酚的各種養生方法吧。</p>
<h2>玄米的營養價值</h2>

「玄」這個字有「<span class="b">黑色</span>」的意思，日文的玄米其實就相對於白米，<span class="b">等同我們中文的糙米</span>。糙米是將稻米脫殼後，在保留米糠、米胚的狀態下製成，也是米飯<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">富含最多營養價值的狀態</span></span>，而白米則是為了口感，將這些米糠、米胚進一步去除後精製而成的。</p>
<p>很多人不知道的是，玄米與白米的卡路里其實幾乎一樣，只是差在GI值比較低。以營養價值來說，糙米勝過白米的原因主要就在米糠含有的鈣、鐵、維生素B，以及更大程度被保留下來的<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">玄米多酚</span></span>囉。</p>
<h2>什麼是玄米多酚？</h2>

包含五大營養素的食物，是對人體健康有幫助的：可以提供卡路里的醣類、蛋白質、脂質，以及雖然沒有熱量，卻對人體機能不可或缺的維生素、礦物質，近年來膳食纖維則被冠上第六營養素。</p>
<p>而植物身上沒有被分類到的的化學物質，就統稱為「<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">植化素</span></span>」，例如我們熟知的薑黃素、茄紅素、葉黃素、大豆異黃酮。植化素對人體健康有各種不同的正面影響，因此也享有「<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">第七營養素</span></span>」的美名。</p>
<p>至於<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">多酚</span></span>則是一群化學性質相近的植化素家族，種類高達數千種。綠茶有茶多酚（兒茶素就是其中之一），紅酒有紅酒多酚，巧克力有可可多酚，糙米也有所謂的玄米多酚，各自都由多種不同的植物化學成份組成。</p>
<p>這些多酚一開始是植物為了抵禦外敵而發展出來的武器，因此嘗起來往往會苦苦的，不怎麼好吃。不過它們都是<span class="b">很強的抗氧化劑</span>，也有<span class="b">可溶於水</span>、<span class="b">利於人體吸收</span>的共同特性，因此人類才慢慢發現這些物質對健康是有幫助的。</p>
<p>簡單來說，我們可以把它理解為「<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">植物的天然抗老成分</span></span>」。良藥為什麼苦口？水果為什麼有這麼多顏色？綠茶為什麼能養生保健？這些問題的答案都在於它們富含的多酚喔。</p>
<h2>玄米多酚的代表成分：穀維素與木酚素</h2>
<p>首先，我們要知道「玄米多酚」並不是單一種成分的名字，而是糙米裡面所含<span class="b">數種多酚類成分的統稱</span>，其中最具代表性的就是<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">穀維素</span></span>與<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">木酚素</span></span>。</p>

<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">穀維素</span></span>（γ-穀維素，常有人寫成谷維素，可能是誤字）是來自米糠的天然抗氧化成分，在日本醫界尤其受到重視。醫療的臨床應用上，穀維素常被用以改善睡眠、更年期與停經癥候、慢性倦怠症狀，以及壓力所產生的腸躁症與胃腸黏膜潰瘍，主要被視為<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">幫助調節自律神經系統</span></span>的健康食品。</p>
<p>不知道大家有沒有聽說過「<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">阿魏酸</span></span>」呢？阿魏酸就是組成穀維素的主要成分之一，身為性質相近，能力卻超越維生素E的抗氧化物質，它也常常出現於保養品中，更是漢方藥裡當歸和川芎的有效成分。</p>

關心美容保健情報的大家，想必都知道「<span class="b">亞麻籽</span>」跟抗老、抗癌這些關鍵字脫不了關係。姑且不論真假，這個說法其實起源自亞麻籽含量豐富的<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">木酚素</span></span>。木酚素屬於多酚類，也是一種植物雌激素，在人體除了發揮強力的抗氧化功能外，也能起到代替女性荷爾蒙的作用，減少因雌激素缺乏而引起的病症。</p>

人體的自律神經系統分為「交感神經」與「副交感神經」，當其中一邊的活動特別旺盛時，就會反映在生理狀況。交感神經旺盛的人可能會有煩躁、易怒、失眠，而副交感神經比較活躍的人則容易覺得疲勞、敏感、情緒低落，甚至出現暴飲暴食的情況。</p>
<p>玄米多酚最大的作用就在於<span class="b"><span class="box-yellow">幫助自律神經正常調節</span></span>，尤其與芝麻素配合之下的相性最好。玄米多酚透過增加體內雌激素的作用，能舒緩更年期產生的症狀，穩定情緒、讓人不易感到疲勞，並對睡眠改善也有一定的幫助。</p>

玄米油其實就是早期台灣相當普遍的的米糠油，但在不重視食品安全的從前，曾經發生工業化學成分混入油中導致食物中毒的事件，因此一度消失了蹤影。直到近年因為對食安與營養的重視，玄米油才再次流行起來。</p>
<p>玄米油的發菸溫度是攝氏230到255度，能適應煎煮炒炸等各種料理方式，不過玄米多酚本身卻會被高溫破壞殆盡。保留最完整的營養，除了涼拌以外，也可以把玄米油加進米飯裡面一起煮，健康的同時更能增添風味。</p>

玄米茶是由烘炒過的白米、糙米與一定比例的綠茶調配而成的，可以同時喝到玄米與綠茶多酚的好處。矛盾的是玄米多酚幫助睡眠，但綠茶的咖啡因卻反而有提神效果…因此喝玄米茶時應該盡量挑低咖啡因的產品，便利商店許多品項都是0咖啡因，只要稍加注意就不會是問題。</p>

<p>朝井「想要打造完美的女性軀體，必須<span class="orange b">攝取好的油脂</span>。油脂的攝取對於肌膚和胸部的彈性有著極大的關係。所以，不要因為減肥就不攝取油脂。從肉和堅果中攝取健康的油脂是很不錯的選擇。」</p>
<p>田中「的確在家自己煮、攝取自己所需要的營養，如果不小心吃太多再自行調整，這樣的方法能夠健康地瘦身。但有時還是會浮腫或不小心囤積了多餘的肉…」</p>
<p>朝井「現在的人運動時間越來越少了，運動不足加上年齡增長，肌肉便開始消失、新陳代謝也會變慢。導致<span class="red b">身體發冷和肌肉僵硬</span>這些常見的女性問題，所以平時養成拉筋和按摩的習慣很重要！除了按摩和多運動，使用浴鹽泡澡也是很好的。」</p>
<p>還要注意女生的生理週期，在每個不同的階段都需要補充各式營養素。<br />

其實正如其名，大豆製品中都含有豐富的大豆異黃酮喔!</p>

<p>以上大豆加工製品中都含有大量的大豆異黃酮，特別是豆乳及納豆的含量特別高，建議攝取量以一天50mg左右為理想狀態。(根據日本食品安全委員會公布的資料顯示，一天的攝取量上現在<span class="red b">70~75mg</span>之間，建議不要超過這個數字，避免造成身體負擔)<br />
通常，納豆一盒的重量約35mg(不含盒)，每天都吃一盒的話就佔據了建議攝取量的一半了。<br />
其他不足的部分的再用味噌湯、豆腐、豆乳等副食品來補足也是不錯的選擇。</p>

<h2>多巴胺是什麼？</h2>

<p>回歸正題，多巴胺和我們的幹勁（動機）、精神集中力息息相關，提升動機的關鍵在於大腦當中與獎酬行為有關的「伏隔核」，在預測到獎酬的發生，便會促使多巴胺分泌。大腦會根據經驗判斷哪些行為會帶來何種結果，便會驅使人做出行動。</p>
<h2>多巴胺的作用</h2>

一般人聽到多巴胺，第一個應該會想到跟<span class="orange b">快樂</span>有關，不過多巴胺不只是腦內的快樂物質，從<span class="navy b">幹勁、記憶、行動、睡眠、心情、學習</span>等，也與多巴胺有關。</p>
<p>雖然大部分跟多巴胺的研究都偏重在多巴胺與快樂之間的關係，不過其實多巴胺不只會在感受到快樂時分泌，在受到強烈壓力的瞬間，也會有多巴胺增加的傾向，像是在患有創傷後壓力症候群（PTSD）的士兵身上發現到，當他們聽到槍聲的那瞬間，腦內的多巴胺分泌也有增加的情形。</p>
<p>當然不只如此，多巴胺最讓人在意的作用，就是以獎酬激勵為促發動機，激發出為達成目標、一連串的努力行為。事實上在科學上也有通過老鼠做過實驗來得證多巴胺與獎酬動機之間的關係：</p>
<div class="box_set">在老鼠<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f401.png" alt="🐁" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />面前放置一小堆飼料，而在柵欄一邊則是放了比眼前飼料多了好幾倍的飼料。然而，在實驗當中，多巴胺濃度比較低的老鼠每一次都選擇輕易就能取得的眼前的飼料，也就是說，比起另一邊更大的獎酬，多巴胺濃度低的老鼠只願意選擇眼前少少的飼料。</div>
<p>另外，又有另外一個研究則是將有行動力的人和懶惰的人做對照，結果發現到有行動力、會為了得到成果而努力的那一批人，在<span class="green b">負責把動機轉化成行動的紋狀體與前額葉皮質當中所含的多巴胺濃度較高</span>；而在懶惰的那一群人當中雖然也有發現到多巴胺，不過卻是分布在掌控情感的前額葉皮質當中。</p>
<p>由上述研究可得出，多巴胺對於影響著我們是否有動力去達到目的，那麼，究竟要如何增加多巴胺的分泌來提升我們行動的動機呢？</p>
<h2>促進多巴胺分泌的10種方法</h2>
<h3>1. 避開慣性依賴行為</h3>

有的人在面臨到挫折或壓力時，可能會藉由抽菸、飲酒等行為，來獲得快樂、快感，不過想要正確提升多巴胺的話，你必須避開這種容易成癮的行為！</p>
<p>正常當我們感受到的快樂時，多巴胺會分泌，但在經過一段時間後，多巴胺會被吸收掉，興奮的感覺便會停止；不過像是酒精這類太過強烈的刺激，反而會阻止多巴胺被吸收掉，讓它繼續殘存在腦神經當中，持續著興奮狀態，一旦陷入這種狀態就很難再控制，簡單來說就是陷入所謂的成癮症狀當中，一旦上癮的話，要戒掉就很難。</p>
<h3>2. 列出待辦清單</h3>
