<h2>拜月老挑什麼時候？月老生日當天是熱門</h2>

<p>拜月老日期要挑哪天比較好？大部分認為拜月老在<span class="line-yellow"><strong>西洋情人節<span class="line-yellow"><strong>、</strong></span></strong></span><span class="line-yellow"><strong>七夕</strong></span>這兩天最靈驗（但可能只是因為母數多而已）此外還包括<span class="line-yellow"><strong>農曆8月15</strong></span>的「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>月老神君千秋</strong></span>」，這天是中秋節，同時也是月老的生日。算起來他老人家還是天秤座呢，在決定姻緣的時候，或許常常遇到選擇障礙？</p>
<p>話說回來，拜月老還是講究心誠則靈的原則，要挑哪天去都可以。而且因為月老廟屬於陽廟，所以就算農曆七月也不會觸犯禁忌。如果不想跑去人擠人，同時讓辛苦的月老分散一下業務，<span class="line-yellow"><strong>平日拜月老也完全沒有問題</strong></span>。</p>
<h3>生理期可以拜月老嗎？</h3>
<p>生理期不能拜月老是很老舊的觀念，畢竟都有像媽祖這樣的女神存在了。只是儘管神明寬容大度，麻煩卻往往在於廟方的意見。台北比較知名的月老廟，例如艋舺龍山寺、霞海城隍廟都沒有這樣的規定。其他地方如果不確定的話，還是事前詢問一下，做為禮貌的表現。（畢竟也不會有人知道）</p>
<h2>拜月老步驟與注意事項</h2>
<p>既然要請月老幫我們牽姻緣，首先當然要給月老好的第一印象。來到月老面前，先將衣著頭髮整理好，摘下帽子或墨鏡。沒拿香的話，最好把雙手都空出來並虔誠合十：<br />

<li>向月老和在場神明打過招呼，心裡默念「<strong><span class="line-yellow">姓名、出生年月日、地址</span></strong>」。其中出生年月日可以先換算成農曆，地址只要讓神明找得到你就好。</li>
<li>如果有心儀的對象，就告訴月老他的姓名，盡可能連出生年月日與地址都一起。</li>
<li>如果沒有的話，就告訴月老心目中的理想類型，記得<span class="line-yellow"><strong>條件越詳細越好</strong></span>喔。光講「正緣」或者「真命天子」的話，祂老人家就算再厲害，也沒辦法處理這個CASE的。</li>
<li>最後務必承諾月老：日後覓得良緣時，再回來答謝！之後兩人如果順利結婚，要帶一盒喜餅回來還願。</li>

<h3>注意神明位階的高低</h3>

不只拜月老而已，到廟裡拜拜跟看醫生不同，不是只到自己的科別掛號就好了。每間寺廟依照規模差異，都供奉著高低位階不同的神明，即使想祈求的只有姻緣，也<span class="red"><strong>不可以拜完月老就拍拍屁股走人</strong></span>喔。</p>
<p>大間一點的廟會明確規定參拜流程，原則上是<span class="line-yellow"><strong>先拜中間的主殿</strong></span>，然後<span class="line-yellow"><strong>右進左出</strong></span>一路拜出來。其中主殿神明的名字可不能搞錯，例如<span class="line-orange"><strong>艋舺龍山寺</strong></span>是<span class="line-orange"><strong>觀世音菩薩</strong></span>，<span class="line-pink"><strong>霞海城隍廟</strong></span>就是<span class="line-pink"><strong>城隍爺</strong></span>。順帶一提，<span class="line-gray"><strong>文山指南宮</strong></span>拜的不是月老而是「<span class="line-gray"><strong>呂仙公</strong></span>」，也就是八仙的呂洞賓，祈求的主要是斬斷爛桃花。</p>
<h3>供品選擇成對的甜食</h3>

台灣神明最可愛的地方就是很有人性，例如曾經拜過月老的人都知道：<span class="line-yellow"><strong>月老是個超級甜食控</strong></span>。這是因為傳統上的拜月老供品，是6包上面寫有「囍」字的砂糖，也稱為「喜糖」，演變到現在，拜月老供品就都以甜食為主了。</p>
<p>拜月老的供品，建議大家準備自己喜歡的甜點就好。不限於糖果餅乾，也可以是蛋塔、蛋糕、飲料等等，畢竟巴結月老一番之後，還是得帶回家自己吃掉。注意<span class="line-yellow"><strong>供品的</strong></span><span class="line-yellow"><strong>數量必須為偶數</strong></span>，才有成雙成對的寓意在裡面喔。也可以選擇圓形的食物，與「緣」諧音。</p>

<p>相傳在唐代的時候，有位叫做韋固的年輕人，因為個性頑固又自視甚高，所以遲遲找不到合適的結婚對象。某天，韋固帶著僕人到城裡旅行，在客棧門口遇到一位奇妙的老人。老人白髮蒼蒼、慈眉善目，攤開行囊坐在月光下，手裡還翻著一本無字天書。</p>
<p>好奇的韋固上前打招呼，並問老人翻的是什麼書。老人回答這本書叫做「姻緣簿」，是一本記載情感與緣分的天書。在老人行囊中還裝著一綑紅線，只要把紅線繫在腳上，就算是兩個完全不認識的陌生人，最後也必定會成就一番良緣。</p>

<p>韋固定睛一看，簡直氣炸了。就憑一個瞎眼老太太的女兒，有怎樣條件配得上自己呢？越想越氣的韋固，竟然遞給僕人一把刀，命他追上去殺了那個小女孩。當韋固正要回頭責備老人時，老人早已化為一縷輕煙，消失的無影無蹤。</p>

<p>而不論叫做思覺失調症還是精神分裂症，這個疾病都值得我們更多的理解和尊重。這篇文章會向大家介紹思覺失調症的原因、症狀以及治療方法，並為你解開關於思覺失調症的常見迷思！</p>
<h2>思覺失調症是很常見的身心疾病</h2>

思覺失調症顧名思義，就是一種<span class="orange"><strong>「思考」和「知覺」難以調和，精神陷入混亂</strong></span>的狀態，在身心科當中也被認為是最棘手的疾病之一。大家最熟悉的，也許就是思覺失調症常常出現在新聞版面，做為犯罪者精神狀態評估的結果，同時也引起不少輿論的波濤。</p>
<p>根據2021年的統計，在台灣領有「慢性精神病重大傷病卡」的20萬名病人當中，大約有5成，也就是10萬人左右屬於思覺失調症。這個數字比世界平均值的0.7%還低，可以解釋成台灣人的精神比較健康；也可以說是有很多潛在的思覺失調症患者，還沒有就醫得到適當的治療。</p>
<p>從世界平均值看來，<span class="line-yellow"><strong>每100個人當中，就有不到1個人罹患思覺失調症</strong></span>，而且有8成的人都是<span class="line-yellow"><strong>15到30歲</strong></span>之間的年輕人。所以說，思覺失調症這個名字並不是只會出現在社會新聞版面，而是比想像中都還貼近你我的日常生活喔。</p>
<h2>不只幻聽！思覺失調症的症狀</h2>
<p>思覺失調症的症狀，除了我們比較熟悉的幻覺、幻聽這些「陽性（正性）症狀」，其實還有一些比較不明顯的「陰性（負性）症狀」同時也可能造成「認知機能障礙」影響生活！</p>
<h3>陽性症狀：幻覺、幻聽、被害妄想</h3>

舉個例子，假設我們走在路上，有個不認識的路人迎面而來，突然朝這裡看了一眼。一般人或許不會有太大的反應，可能只會納悶是不是自己的臉上沾到了什麼。</p>
<p>然而在思覺失調症的患者眼中，<span class="orange"><strong>來自外界的一點刺激，就有可能觸發妄想或幻聽的開關</strong></span>。例如他們可能會覺得「我被路人監視了」並毫不懷疑的把這樣的想法當真；或是覺得「那個人在講我的壞話」甚至在腦海裡傳來路人的聲音，即使實際上根本不可能真的聽到路人講話的內容。</p>
<p>覺得好像電影的情節嗎？其實思覺失調症或者精神分裂的疾病，之所以令人感到好奇甚至恐懼，就是因為這個我們以為只會出現在電影小說中的疾病，實際上真的存在的關係。反過來說，在思覺失調症患者的腦中，一直存在著類似這樣「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>虛構情節實際上演</strong></span>」的恐懼，也因而對身心造成非常大的負擔。</p>
<p>當然了，每個思覺失調症的病人，表現出的行為症狀都不會完全相同。思覺失調症的其它症狀還包括：認為自己的行動被腦袋裡的另一個聲音控制，或者思考和講話的內容支離破碎、沒有邏輯等等。像這類型的「<span class="line-yellow"><strong>旁人眼中的怪異舉動</strong></span>」，就被歸類在思覺失調症的陽性症狀。</p>
<h3>陰性症狀：情緒表達困難、無精打采</h3>

既然有明顯的陽性症狀，當然也有相對不容易察覺的「陰性症狀」。思覺失調症的陰性症狀，可以用「某樣東西不見了」這句話來形容，更具體一點就是<span class="orange"><strong>失去了「情緒起伏」或者「熱情和動機」</strong></span>。</p>
<p>在日常生活當中，一般人會感受到的喜、怒、哀、樂等各種情緒，可能很難從思覺失調症患者的表情或行動察覺。不僅會對工作、學業感到無力，連本來從事的興趣也可能丟在一旁，並且拒絕與人溝通交流，在旁人看來，就像洩了氣的皮球一樣。</p>
<p>提到「精神分裂」四個字，相信有人可能會聯想到暴躁、情緒不穩定的形象，甚至認為病人具有攻擊性，是潛在的犯罪份子等等。然而從以上提到的陰性症狀就知道，<strong><span class="orange">思覺失調症的患者甚至可能比一般人更加膽怯、溫和</span></strong>，因此絕對不能跟「危險」或「犯罪」畫上等號。</p>
<h3>認知機能障礙：健忘、無法集中</h3>

思覺失調症的陰性和陽性症狀，可以歸類成疾病對「心」造成的影響，或者說是精神和情緒方面。而其實思覺失調症也有可能影響「腦」的功能，就像銀髮族的「認知機能障礙」一樣，導致<span class="orange"><strong>注意力、記憶力、判斷力下降</strong></span>，對生活造成不小的衝擊。</p>
<p>如同上面提到的，思覺失調症的病人容易對生活、工作失去動力；而有時候不只是「不想做」，而是因為認知機能障礙，所以做起來「有困難」。具體的例子像：手邊的東西進行到一半，突然忘記自己在做什麼；或是大腦沒辦法處理新的情報，導致開會時一直狀況外……等等。</p>
<p>雖然每個思覺失調症患者的症狀都不相同，但是理解以上這些可能發生的情況，也讓自己有辦法釋出更多瞭解與包容。如果你是病人的朋友或親人，同時也要鼓勵他們進行積極的治療喔。</p>

以<span class="line-yellow"><strong>抗精神病藥物</strong></span>為主的治療，可以有效減輕幻覺、妄想等陽性症狀。這類型的藥物就像治療糖尿病、高血壓等慢性病一樣，要<span class="line-yellow"><strong>長期服用才能發揮功效</strong></span>，而不是等到症狀變嚴重後再來吃。除了對症治療的抗精神病藥物之外，根據每個人的症狀不同，也可能用一些抗憂鬱、幫助睡眠的藥物來輔助。</p>
<p>至於藥物治療會持續多久呢？因為每個人的病情不同，無法一概而論，藥量的增加、減少也必須經由專業醫療人員判斷。當然藥物治療也會伴隨一定的副作用，所以這方面必須和醫生充分溝通，才能找到適合自己的治療步調。</p>
<h3>心理復健與非藥物治療</h3>

容貌焦慮症（Body Dysmorphic Disorder，簡稱BDD）在醫學上的正式名稱為「<span class="orange b f1em">身體臆形症</span>」，指一個人<span class="orange b f1em">過度專注自身外表</span>，而衍生<span class="orange b f1em">不滿</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">焦躁</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">抑鬱</span>的情緒。</p>
<p>這些人<span class="orange b f1em">並非主觀否定</span>自身外貌，他們的外貌很正常，或許有些不完美，卻被他們<span class="orange b f1em">想像</span>成有<span class="orange b f1em">極大缺陷</span>，<span class="orange b f1em">害怕別人</span>總有一天會<span class="orange b f1em">注意</span>並<span class="orange b f1em">批評</span>自己的外表的瑕疵。</p>
<p>人人都喜歡追求美麗的事物，誰都有過對著鏡子中的自己感到不足的一刻，或是比誰都還要了解自己真正的樸實樣貌，因此出現容貌焦慮的現象、擔心外界評價變調也挺正常的，不過若是這種想法越來越<span class="orange b f1em">偏激</span>，到了<span class="orange b f1em">否定自身價值</span>的地步，就很可能演變成<span class="orange b f1em">心理疾病</span>，使生活出現障礙。</p>

容貌焦慮症患者會想不斷<span class="orange b f1em">照鏡子</span>來檢視、確認自己的外觀，只是經過<span class="orange b f1em">玻璃櫥窗</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">車窗</span>也會想透過反射看一下自己，不過照了也不代表能夠讓他們安心下來，反之可能會<span class="orange b f1em">越看越憂慮</span>，並針對自身外表及他人的評價產生<span class="orange b f1em">臆想</span>。</p>
<p>就算別人篤定地跟容貌焦慮患者說一切看起來都很好，他們還是難以從外觀畸形的恐懼中被解放。通常他們會透過<span class="orange b f1em">化妝</span>來掩飾自己的不自信，有些人也會砸大錢做好幾次<span class="orange b f1em">醫美</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">整形</span>，較嚴重的話甚至會出現<span class="orange b f1em">拒絕社交</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">厭食</span>、<span class="orange b f1em">自殘</span>或<span class="orange b f1em">自殺</span>……等現象。</p>
<p>普遍來說，容貌焦慮症患者喜歡瘋狂照鏡子來檢視自己是否有缺陷，但也有一派容貌焦慮症患者在臆想評價與自卑心態的驅使下，變得<span class="orange b f1em">排斥看到自己</span>，他們不只<span class="orange b f1em">不喜歡照鏡子</span>，如果與人合影、拍團體照，甚至會下意識<span class="orange b f1em">不去看自己</span>在照片或影片中的模樣。</p>

<p>在消化器官的循環中，會分泌出許多酵素幫忙分解食物，把大分子變成讓腸道好吸收的小分子。因此，要是短時間內暴飲暴食，讓大量食物湧入體內，導致消化器官所分泌的酵素不足時，腸道壁黏膜就容易受到殘存大分子的刺激，反覆幾次，便患上腸漏症了！</p>
